MY NOVEL HAS NO HEROES OR VILLAINS! IS IT NORMAL / ACCEPTABLE?

Let me explain, I am writing a novel and it has four main characters with different / conflicting values ​​and they all have good intentions to change the world and make it a better place in their own way.

Also, I am using third person narratives and switching between the four in different chapters.

It’s okay? This is my first novel, and something tells me that I should keep the lines blurry and let readers decide for themselves who the heroes and villains are.

Is that a good idea?
