How do you write a character that travels a distance?

The title says it all. How do you write a character who travels from point a to point b in a part that isn’t very important to the main story? Whether it’s 10 miles or 100 miles. Did you just do a massive time jump? Or do you fill the short or long trip with important things that happened? The title says it all. Packaging for Mars, the curious science of life in a vacuum

I was not very surprised when I got to know Mary Roach’s last effort. Mary’s books have always been based on extremely curious topics.

Mary Roach has shown once again that she is ready for Mars, has found another unique topic to research and write.

His writing style remains the same in this book, hilarious, direct and strange! She visits some subjects like corpses (real dead people that are not crash test dolls) that are used for testing purposes and also some exciting new topics, such as sex in space.

Mary Roach pushes the reader into the world of spaceflight and the difficulties of living in space, how do astronauts go to the bathroom? Do they really recycle their own urine and then precede drinking it? At the moment there are no toilets and showers in space, so how do they not stink of body odor all day long? Some other serious issues are discussed, such as what happens when you vomit in a spacesuit, and how do you survive if this happens to you when walking?

She visits some interesting experiences that the original space pioneers had, for example, how about the Apollo astronauts who couldn’t stop farting …

For me, packing for Mars is his best book since “Stiff”, which is one of my all-time favorites, I find it hard not to laugh when reading this particular book, which can sometimes be a bit embarrassing.

Packing for Mars is not only humorous, but it also does a good job of explaining technical and scientific issues. His writing style is simple, he manages to convey the main points so that scientists and technology experts cannot understand.
