coincidental use of the generic name of the company in fiction

My script includes an evil travel agency that kidnaps its clients. As the travel agency operates in the Kashmir region, I gave it the generic name “Kashmir Tours”.

However, now it occurs to me that somewhere there is a company called Kashmir Tours (several small ones, in fact, it’s like calling an Indian restaurant “Taj Mahal”). There is no similarity between companies, except for the use of the name. In addition, we have created an original visual identity for Kashmir Tours in our history (it is actually a production of a computer game): at one point a business card appears with a logo of my creation.

How worried should I be that one of the small operators of Kashmir Tours files a libel suit against my production? At some point, it is impossible to guarantee that there is no company with the same name as the fictitious company, so I hope there is some common sense standard in this regard.
