Hi! I have a question. I wrote a chapter in a story, however I’m not sure whether to include a new paragraph or not.
One character (A) is speaking, and once he finishes his sentence, another character (B; Yoongi in the text) has completed an action. Dialog continues with the same character (A) Does this start a new paragraph (as shown below) or does it stay as a paragraph (for example after the action I add “and continue with the dialogue)? Would the same paragraph or only a separate one (eg B) if a new character speaks?

Example of my current grammar:
“Because you were maddeningly insistent on having him close to your heart, we will have to take precautions to prevent you from dying. It was not my decision, of course. I prefer to let you die by choice.” Yoongi rolled his eyes at that.
“Apparently it is not legal under human rights or something like that.”
