First, your articles should care about people. For example, if you are promoting a product that improves your blogging experience, you really want to look like you want to help people. Scratch that, you really WANT to help people.
The reason why people read articles is generally to get information and get help. Focus on helping people, and then when you have the affiliate link at the end of the article, they may just click and buy the product. Imagine if you went to read an affiliate article and look for good and solid information about a product or service, or a topic.
You will not want to read something that is blatantly trying to sell you something. That is why it has what is called presale. This is where he does not try to sell the product directly, but kindly gives them a lot of information on the subject on which the product is. It is very simple indeed. Let's say you are promoting an affiliate product that helps you improve your concentration.
As it is very likely that you have not yet tried the product you are promoting, you can't really talk much about that product, right?
