I really need advice on how to start writing fiction

I really want to learn to write a great fantasy fiction. I still plan weekly writing activities. But the problem is that, when I sit down to write, I don't know where to start. And I have so many things to write about (free writing, directions, my own ideas, writing challenges, etc.) that I end up using all the time to decide and finally end up confused.

I tried to write freely for a few days, but I still didn't feel it would improve my writing. I tried directions, but I couldn't weave a good story. Instead, the first dialogue I wrote was so boring that I didn't feel motivated enough to keep writing. Although I think I will start it again from the beginning.

Then there are ideas like, write x words daily, write 10 ideas daily, etc.

I look for solutions on the web. There are a lot of tips. Each different from the other. Therefore, I end up even more confused. Please, please tell me where should I start? Should I take courses? Should I immediately start writing the stories?
