Detailed pre-made outlines for novels

Wondering if something like these exist, or if they don't would there be a market for them.

I'm picturing a detailed outline, a paint by number for novels.

Chapter one – character intro, small town, mid 60s –

Chapter two – character 1 is uneasy because of recent raccoon sightings, they are becoming more brazen, ransacking trash bins in the middle of the day.

Chapter three – character 1 takes shortcut walking home and finds a secret stash of personal items. Raccoons have been gathering intelligence on people by sifting through what has been thrown away.

You get the idea – It would be like one of those exercises in art where you finish the last 9/10s of a started project but for writing.

There are plenty of really basic outlines out there, I'm talking about something a little more detailed. Kind of like a writing prompt and outline in one.
