Hi friends! I started distributing my first MS to beta readers a couple of weeks ago, and was curious how long other people usually wait before they start getting feedback. Days? Weeks? Months? Do your readers typically send you feedback bit by bit along the way or do they throw it all at once after they’re done? Have you noticed any kind of correlation between the quality of the MS and the speed with which people complete their reading? I’m trying to balance my eager need to hear any kind of feedback with a desire to respect my readers’ lives and busy schedules, but it’s admittedly a struggle.
