Well, I think after 27 years in the business I may have found the perfect manager. You see, while driving down the highway today, this guy was talking on his cell phone, writing on a clipboard, and flying down the highway.
Apparently I didn’t see his turn signal when he tried to merge, so he put down his clipboard, opened the sunroof, and stuck his middle finger through the sunroof more than he had ever seen anyone.
That includes traffic in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Boston. Anyway, he gave me the bird, but then I realized something, this guy was a multitasker with no prisoner kicks. How come you ask?
Well, he turned me around and I was still on the cell phone and elbowing the car, honking the horn to make sure I was looking at him. Obviously you were a multitasking manager working for some company? I thought to myself, why can’t I find someone to hire like this?
Well, I decided to hire him right there on the freeway, so I chased him! I thought if I could catch this gentleman and make him an offer that he couldn’t refuse, he would come work for me. Apparently he was in such a hurry, he must have actually been at his job.
I just couldn’t catch him to get him out of the car to contract his butt. Think of the simple instructions he gave me while multitasking, well he knew exactly what to do and didn’t even have to put down the gas, WOW. The best coach in the world just escaped. But I’ve been looking for it sometime. Consider this in 2006.
