Is there a way to learn how to make better dialogue when writing a short story when you are autistic?

I have written many short stories on topics that are controversial, for example sexual assault, prostitution, arranged marriage, and the transgender debate. But I haven’t used any method to make better dialogues. And this resulted in weird rally dialogue. Of course, I let other people read the stories I wrote. But the problem is that I don’t know how to make good dialogues because I’m autistic and many times I don’t know how to make a dialogue more normal. I am not non-verbal, but I literally need to learn how to interact with others because I have very poor social skills.
