The amount of time and work put into my writing, storyboards, and concept art overwhelms me. I have a vision that I want to see done to perfection, but working on everything else it takes forever to spend time illustrating the pages. That I have to do?

I constantly work on concept art, design after design, to get what works best, what is good, and anything but obsessive. So is it normal to focus so much time and work on developing a story and its world? When do I know when to stop redesigning the same things over and over again?
