I have this desire to write a novel. But when I start it, I lose interest very quickly. I spend a few moments reading it to myself and it sounds * boring. * I have so much I want to write about, but I can never get it out exactly the way I want it. Am I not cut out for that anymore? It’s really disheartening. When I was younger, I had handwritten a 230-page story that was packed with action. I did it so easily and worked on it constantly while in and out of school. I loved. Yes, if I read it now I would probably be embarrassed, but I had a lot of ideas and a lot of motivation. I didn’t give up easily. I ended up losing all my documents that I had written on and the hard drive that had some of the typed history on it. So I can’t even remember and remember why I started writing in the first place. I wonder if any of you have experienced this, and if so, have you been able to figure out how to get out of this?
