I’ve recently been thinking that it doesn’t take a vast world with multiple continents and huge landscapes to distill a proper story. After all, your story happens no matter where your characters are. It could happen on a single tiny island, or even a small neighborhood block. I imagine there are different elements of the story to consider depending on how small your established world is.
