I feel like my writing is getting worse, despite writing a lot. Any advice?

So, I write quite often and read even more. Writing of various types of stories, mainly of the fantasy and action genre. Recently, though, I haven’t been able to write a single chapter of, well, nothing. Hit this strange obstacle where I can’t get any of my ideas out, while I previously wrote 2000-4000 word chapters. I tried to write new stories, get distracted by doing something else, and concentrate for hours on writing something, but I was left blank. If I write something, about five hundred to a thousand words, all of a sudden I say, “Wow, this is rubbish” and throw it away. Not that I have received negative responses in my writing, but quite the opposite. Any advice if you have come across this too?
