If you are a talented article writer and still spend hours browsing low-paying deals sites to secure your job, there may be only two reasons. You are not a talented writer (thinking you are one does not necessarily mean you are) or if you are a talented writer, you don’t know your potential.
It saddens me to see so many writers literally begging on the countless bidding sites for some jobs. They even make offers to the highest bidder for a particular SEO content writing job. When they do get the job, what they receive as compensation is embarrassing. Take a look and you’ll find plenty of people willing to write a new 500-word article for the paltry sum of $ 1. Sometimes they even take less if they manage to get a bulk order. The simple logic is that a dollar may not be a good thing in the United States, Canada, and European countries, but it does provide greater purchasing power in third world countries.
For a few weeks or months, you can get away with this strategy, but sooner or later you’ll get more work than you can handle, and that’s when your reputation starts to drop.
