After I started writing, I started to notice all kinds of structures, cliches and all of that in the media. I haven’t read much lately, but the movies I watch seem to quickly predict what the twist is. I just finished “Knives out”, and as soon as the main twist was getting ready, I predicted it. I lost the magic of many stories this way. I wish I could stop analyzing stories and just … enjoy them.
