What do you do when you feel like you're lazy to write?

Sometimes I feel like my mood dictates the way I write depending on what I’m working on. In general, my ideas flow much better when I’m in a good mood and enjoy getting them down on paper. Sometimes when I’m sad, I even have better ideas, but I don’t feel like writing at all. Then I started noticing that a lot of the stuff I write, when I don’t feel like doing it, isn’t really good. I started highlighting them so I could do a replay in the future. Is working. I think it all comes down to the moment you realize your writing isn’t at its best. It’s about recognition. How do you recognize that your writing is not at its best, and how do writers overcome this? And how not to be unfair to ourselves when we are well?
