How do you find a writing partner?

I don’t know any writer. Literally anyone. Sometimes I want to ask/talk about some things related to writing, but all I get is "oh great. Ok, let’s keep talking about something I’m interested in/understand…” And, not that I’m complaining, I mean, I get it: if you’re not interested in something, then you’re not going to have a conversation about it. But, I’d love to to have someone to talk to, who understands what this is about. It doesn’t even have to be someone you write “with”. No, just share it, you know? Someone with this same situation?
